Location:

1.5 cun lateral to the Governor meridian, at the level of the fourth posterior sacral foramen.

Functions of Baihuanshu:

• Warms yang and regulates menses.
• Courses channel and regulates lower burner.
• Benefits anus.
• Strengthens the lumbar and sacral region.

Indications:

1. Itching and burning sensation in anus, prolapsed rectum, hemorrhoids.
2. Pain and stiffness in the lumbar region and sciatica.
3. Seminal emission, premature ejaculation, leucorrhoea.

Method:

Perpendicular insertion 0.5 to 1 cun.
