The yangze, the Yellow river, the Huaihe river and Jishui River were called Sidu in ancient times. The Qi of the meridian is able to irrigate more regions where it reaches this point.

Functions:

- Benefits throat.
Indications of sidu:
- Sudden loss of voice, toothache.
- Breathing problems: shortness of breath, plum-pit Qi.
- Ear problems: tinnitus, deafness, blockage of ears, ear ache.
- Local disorders: pain in finger, arm, elbow, shoulder, upper back problems (pain, numbness, tingling, tremors, movement limited ).
