Location:

Functions of yaoshu:

  • Expels wind damp and strengthens knee and lower back.
  • Extinguishes wind (epilepsy, interior wind).

Indication:

Irregular menstruation, pain and stiffness of the lower back, hemorrhoids, muscular atrophy of the lower extremities, epilepsy.

Method:

Oblique superior insertion 0.5 to 1 cun.

Remark:

Good point for moxa.
