Level with the 4th posterior sacral foramen, 3 cun lateral to the median sacral crest.

Functions of Zhibian:

  • Benefits urination.
  • Treats hemorrhoids.
  • Strengthens the lumbar spine and knees.
  • Invigorates the channel.


  • The main point for pain in the lumbar area and legs, atrophy or paralysis in the lower limbs.
  • Also for Hemorrhoids, constipation, difficulty in urination.


Puncture perpendicularly 1.5-2.0 cun.
