Functions:

  • Regulates intestines and stomach.
  • Clears and cools damp and heat in intestines.
  • Eliminates accumulation and stagnation in intestines.
  • Clears channels and invigorates collaterals.

Indications:

Abdominal pain, diarrhea, dysentery, contipation, intestinal abscess;
Atrophy and paralysis of the legs, beriberi.

Method:

Puncture perpendicularly 1.0-1.5 cun.

Remarks:

  • Lower He-Sea point of the Large Intestine.
  • Famous point for appendicitis.
